How do I know if an item is going to fit me?
Peppered Goods does not go off the size marked on tags. Ever! We will provide real time measurements for items; measurements are taken by Caitlin while the item is laying flat, and measurements are taken in inches. If you're unsure about the fit of an item, it's best to measure a similar piece from your wardrobe that fits well and compare with the measurements posted. Never hesitate to ask for help.
When can I expect to receive my item after I purchase it?
Peppered Goods endeavors to ship out orders within 5-7 business days after purchase. We support the United States Postal Service and ship items using USPS with tracking.
With that being said, we are a busy family with two kids that are unapologetically our priorities. If you need your purchase delivered quickly, we ask that you contact us beforehand to ensure we can meet your needs.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France and Italy. We hope to reach more customers internationally, soon.
I love an item you have listed, but I can’t afford it until my next pay check, will you hold it for me?
Peppered Goods is open to arranging payment plans on pricier items. Please reach out to us, and we will discuss and see if we can come to terms that are agreeable to both parties. Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis. A down payment is always required to reserve an item.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit or I don’t like it?
All merchandise is sold as-is and is not returnable/refundable.
Please review listings carefully— a full description, measurements, and photos will be provided for all items. If you’re unsure if an item will fit, we recommend taking measurements of a similar item of clothing that you own and know fits well, then compare its measurements with the item you’re interested in before purchasing. Feel free to email or send us a DM on Instagram if you need help with sizing.
Remember, when buying vintage, you are purchasing items that have often been lived in and loved, so it's unlikely that the item will be in pristine condition. Please note any repairs, marks or damage will be listed in description.
Can I pay with Venmo, Cash App or Zelle?
