My loss is your gain! I bought these for myself but they’re about .5” too small for how I like them. They’re snug on me as a 25”, so I believe they’re best for a 24”. I love the length, just past the knee on me. Perfect with a cropped tee or oversized one, knit, sweatshirt. Lovely hem details, one small wear spot in front but makes no difference in wear.

Laying flat measures 12” across the waist, 16” high rise, 23” across the hips and an inseam of 19”, leg opening of 7.75” flat. Best for 24”
