80’s dress/tunic/top. Really pretty lightweight poly muscle tank dress with high side slits (I think someone altered the original side slit) and a cape like collar. It’s creamy coffee colored, reallllly off white. It’s cool with a pair of denim or patterned pants, or you could quickly fix the side seams and wear as a dress. Would need skin colored underwear is all. Can be dressed up or down.

When flat measures 18” ptp, 17.5” across the waist, hips are open, 44” long. Fits xs/s best could fit m but we worn fitted.
